On the first Thursday of every month we give you the opportunity to learn the art of Roti making from our Roti Master himself.
Suresh will show you the techniques to make the perfect dough, how to flip the roti for basic stretching and the different ways to work the roti into shapes and styles.
The class will be followed by a five course dinner with all beverages included in the price.
Full pre-payment of $60 per person is required to secure your seat.
Depending on tables sizes some tables may be shared.
