Our loyalty program has a new home (and a deadline you need to know)

If you've been collecting points with us for a while, here's a quick heads up: our old loyalty app is officially retiring on 25 October. After that date, it stops working completely.

The good news is you don't have much to do, and nothing about earning points is changing.

What's happening

We've moved our whole ordering and loyalty system over to Square. It's already live, and a lot of our regulars are using it. It's faster at the counter, easier for us to run, and the loyalty side works exactly the same way — you still earn points on every order, and 140 points still gets you $10 off.

What you need to do

If you haven't already, join the new Square loyalty program. It takes about a minute — just sign up when you're ordering in-store, or ask the team at the counter and they'll set you up.

What happens to your existing points

If you've still got points sitting in the old app, don't worry — we'll transfer them across once you sign up to the new system. Just make sure you've joined before 25 October, since the old app won't be accessible after that.

Why we made the switch

Honestly, it comes down to reliability and speed. The old system was starting to show its age, and Square lets us keep the ordering and rewards side of things running smoothly without the hiccups. Same roti, same rewards, better system underneath.
