BREAKFAST FOCUS
Breakfast is never meant to just be eaten in the early hours of the morning. And although we call this the breakfast focus section, you can enjoy these dishes along with the rest of our menu all day long
BREAKFAST ROTI PARATHA
Served with Pepe Saya butter and your choice of condiments. This one is served with our house-made coconut jam
DIPPY EGGS
Our take on the Singapore breakfast classic.
Very soft boiled eggs with roti soldiers, soy sauce and white pepper.
Add chilli jam for a spicy kick
SARANG BURUNG
Two fried eggs encased in a roti ring with housemade sambal. This is a simple dish and our equivalent to fried eggs on toast but instead of toast we use roti which is stretched and made into a large ring with the eggs grilled inside it. The dish is also known as a birds nest and originated in Penang, Malaysia
AVOCADO ROTI COIN
Our take on a Sydney cafe classic. Fresh avocado, Persian feta, cherry tomatoes, balsamic and dried chilli served ontop of a roti coin. The coin itself is a dish we found in India but instead of the tight deep fried version they do we grill it and keep it light and airy
EGGS FLORENTINE ROTI COIN
Two poached eggs, spinach and hollandaise served on top of a roti coin. The coin itself is a dish we found in India but instead of the tight deep fried version they do we grill it and keep it light and airy
ROTI PARATHA WRAPS
Our wraps are 100% our creation and being made with freshly cooked roti paratha, they are the perfect way to enjoy the fillings whilst it holds in all the yummy juices from the ingredients and sauces at the bottom

All based off traditional roti dishes that you would find in many countries around the globe
ROTI CANAI
The quintessential roti dish. Two pieces of freshly cooked roti paratha served with chicken curry gravy, vegetable curry gravy and house-made sambal.
We also do a vegetarian version served with satay sauce instead of chicken gravy and house-made chilli jam instead of sambal
ROTI TELUR
Malaysian style filled with egg, onion and fresh chilli. Served with house-made sambal
SCALLION PANCAKE
A dish that is famous in Shanghai and often eat for breakfast. Think of it as a roti pancake filled with fresh spring onions and served with house-made sambal
MADTARBAK
Our version of a toasted sandwich but instead of boring white bread we use layers of fresh roti paratha
THAI BEEF MADTARBAK
This dish is what gave the idea of creating Kafe Kooks. It can be found being cooked around the streets of Bangkok and eaten any time of day. Thai beef curry served with cucumber relish
MOTHER & DAUGHTER MADTARBAK
Chicken curry and egg (see where the name comes from….) served with a side of cucumber relish
CUBANO MADTARBAK
Our take on a classic sandwich that started in Miami USA. Roasted pork, smoked ham, swiss cheese, pickled cucumber and mustard are all pressed together to give you a taste sensation like no other
CURRY
All our curries are served with a piece of freshly cooked roti paratha. You can also select from condiments like - Nasi Minyak, Cucumber Relish, House-Made Sambal, House-made Chilli Jam(for those that like an extra kick) and if you need more roti to soak up the curry, then there is always plenty of extra roti available for you
BEEF RENDANG CURRY
Dry style, coconut based beef curry. The perfect dish any time of day
BUTTER CHICKEN CURRY
Indian spiced chicken with a rich tomato and cream base. Enjoyed more so with a glass of red wine….after 10am of course
VEGETABLE CURRY
Dhal based and blended with mixture of vegetables
SWEET TREATS
We have a selection of sweet roti’s that are cooked to order and we have also created some that are like a French pastry which we have on display in our cabinet, but be warned, as once they have gone, you will need to come back tomorrow to try them
PERFECT BANANA
Famous all over Thailand, this is the most simplest, sweetest roti around. To make ours perfect we top it with a coconut condensed milk

Everything you imagine it could be and then some. Think if it as the roti version of nanna’s famous crumble

From Malaysia to Ultimo Sydney, nothing beats this paper thin roti when it is cooked to perfection like ours

The dish is very similar to a Roti Bom but ours isnt soo rich with butter and sugar, instead it is light n fluffy as you would expect from a croissant
LAMINGTON HELIX
Our version of a French croissant, with layer upon layer of fresh roti and this version puts a Kafe Kooks twist to an Australian classic with a filling of raspberry jam, chocolate, almond and coconut - veerrry indulgent and well worth trying. MONTHLY SPECIAL HELIX
Each month we create a different version ideally using in season fruits and always based around white chocolate. The dish is very similar to a Roti Bom but ours isnt soo rich with butter and sugar, instead it is light n fluffy as you would expect from a croissant.
